The Number One Tip For Clear Skin

No one likes pimples. Most of us, however, all get them at some point. Did you know that top models all agree on one clear skin tip? It’s water, yes, drink more water for better skin!

If you don’t drink an adequate amount of water, you will eventually poison yourself with your own metabolic wastes. Your kidneys remove waste products that must be dissolved by water. By drinking around eight glasses of water a day, you are flushing out the toxins that would normally escape through the pores of your skin. This prevents acne breakouts.

And, surely you’ve heard the commerical: drink more water, it’s good for your complexion.

If winter temps have been particularly hard on your skin, don’t hesitate, jump on the “water bandwagon” with some of America’s top models and celebrities.

Here are a few tips to help get you going:

1. Keep a full bottle on your person at all times

2. Substituting water for soda or juice at meals

The end of the year is upon us and we are quickly moving toward the upcoming fashion season — are you preparing?

Fashion faux pas are a no no for successful teen models. So, what can you do NOW to ensure that you’ll be ready for 2008?

First of all, you should be watching the fashion channel on TV, and for some insights into the world of fashion designers be sure to watch Heidi Klum’s Project Runway on Bravonow in its fourth season.

Aside from watching the fashion channel and Project Runway, make sure to review the styles that graced the runway during fashion week.

On a regular basis make it a habit to review fashion magazines as well. December is generally the time of year that many publishers begin to make their predictions for the upcoming year. And, by reviewing a large number of different fashion magazines, you begin to get an idea of what each specific magazine looks for in its models and the type of content they publish.

The Internet is now a valuable resource for anyone, of any age, desiring to stay up-to-date on fashion trends. Harriet & Amy’s Trend Report can be viewed here along with video clips from Fall Fashions shows of the leading designers.
