Vicki Wellington has been named publisher of CosmoGIRL! magazine, today announced Michael A. Clinton, executive vice president, chief marketing officer and publishing director of Hearst Magazines. Wellington was most recently the founding associate publisher of domino magazine. She will assume her new role on March 10 and will report to Clinton.
