1. Wash your face each day in the morning and evening.

3. Keep your hands from your face. They can spread bacteria, dirt and oil.
4. Keep your hands clean. wash them regularly.

6. Keep the telephone handset clean. Bacteria can transfer from the phone to the skin.
7. Reduce stress by eating a healthy, varied diet, drinking lots of water, exercising regularly and getting a good night’s rest each and every night.
